JOB DESCRIPTION • Responsible for capturing/processing Background checks • EXL application checking and validating • Ensure source details are received and shared with HRSS team • Tracking of BGC status • Checking and validating qualification documents for processing of checks • Daily BGC report sharing with internal stakeholders or if required with operational leaders • Assisting with BGC audits when required • Requesting and tracking of exceptional approvals • Document saving for compliance validation for the purposes of business reporting • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures • Ensure quality of work is in line with business requirement • Collaborate with compliance to achieve business objective • Ensure budget adherence • Ensure BGC are processed within the sufficient timeline • Compliance adherence in line with business and client requirement • Participate and implement improvements to BGC, compliance and Audits • Identify any business risk and callouts to the recruiter and Assistant Manager • Support any additional ADHOC duties QUALIFICATIONS Good computer navigation skills Typing speed of 30 Words per Minute with 95% Accuracy Well versed with basic functions of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work and collaborate effectively with internal customer Preferred knowledge of medical terminology Preferred ability to make sound decisions under the direction of Supervisor Preferred ability to analyze and resolve problems with minimal supervision Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications Ability to produce high quality outcomes in a highly productive environment. Ability to make sound judgments based on available information.
