Exciting opportunity for a B-BBEE Administrator with a Construction Company based in Durbanville. The suitable candidate would be required to provide administrative support within the B-BBEE process. Furthermore, the role entails a mixture of administration, communication with sites and suppliers, keeping databases updated, providing excel reports and liaising with various stakeholders of the B-BBEE process. Gathering of information and documentation from various sites for updating of the B-BBEE Procurement database for all relevant entities. Maintaining and improving the Procurement element of the B-BBEE Scorecard of all relevant entities Collating of information of the Procurement element of the scorecard for audits Preparing all procurement evidence required for verification assessments in an organised manner Utilising and manipulation of database information to present statistics of monthly progress Administrative function and communication with relevant stakeholders (e.g. NGO's, Supplier Development Company's, SD Mentor, etc.) regarding documentation and information requirement to ensure B-BBEE compliancy Weekly updating of Skills Capturing Tool that is required for Audit purposes Weekly updating of Agency Gathering File with information that is required for Audits Managing of Candidate applications to be sent off or captured to Professional Bodies; i.e. ECSA and SACPCMP. Capturing registered candidates and progress regarding candidates' applications to relevant templates monthly. Communicate logbook submission requirements annually to applicable candidates. B-BBEE administrative support as required for all relevant entities Qualification, Experience and Requirements Matric / Grade 12 Tertiary Qualification Minimum of 2 years administrative experience Own reliable transport to Head Office Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice would be an advantage Exposure to Construction Payment Certificates would be an advantage Excellent command of English, Afrikaans and Xhosa would be an advantage (Oral and Written) Good communication skills both telephonically and face-to-face Methodical and accurate Highly organized and neat with the ability to prioritize Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel (intermediate), Outlook) Initial 12-month LDC Contract Apply Now
