BD Head Purpose The Business Development department is looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join their team and grow the Hospitality and Leisure team support for the Company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Profile & Client Development: Assist in day-to-day activities for Hospitality & Leisure (H&L) sector group, including tracking progress on key initiatives, market research, and execution of business development plans. Assist in the preparation of RFPs, quotes, pitches, presentations, directory submissions, including information sourcing, data gathering, and follow-up. Oversee and assist in the co-ordination of BD client events. Other duties as assigned. Assist in organising podcast, webinars, though leadership, events related to H&L sector Manage lead generation Drive external communications related to H&L sector Office Administration and Co-ordination: Support and coordinate initiatives identified as part of strategic plan. Assist with managing client and association memberships. Assist with coordinating internal events related to specific sector – training, team building etc. Utilize Global tools/systems/standards KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability in client engagement. Creative and out of the box thinking to drive attention in this sector Build successful and lasting client relationships. Management and leadership skills advantageous. Focused, Analytical, Assertive, Results Driven and Pro-active. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelors' degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field 2-4 years' experience in Business Development
