Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, has a vacancy for a Front Office Administrator with your skillset at their site in Cape Town. ▪ Answering overflow of calls from the switchboard. ▪ Standing in for reception during lunch hour. ▪ Standing in for reception when necessary. ▪ Assisting reception with ordering stationery and other admin requirements. ▪ Ordering order books and capturing number sequences for internal records. ▪ Assisting with overnight bags and courier collection. ▪ Updating meeting room bookings for admin building. ▪ Answering general requests from Directors – general admin. ▪ Assisting Internal Sales with filing and capturing ▪ Stock-taking stationery. (Weekly) inimum Grade 12 Certificate • Computer literacy (MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK) • Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in an administrative environment • Ability to interact with customers. • Service orientated. • Pleasant disposition and positive attitude • Have a positive “can do” attitude. • Be reliable (proven track record). • Passionate about excellent service. • Good communication skills.
