We are seeking an experienced and skilled administrator that will manage the FICA process and by providing full administration support to the Operations Team Provide full administrative support to the Operations team. Engage with clients on credit applications/approvals/payouts Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Liaise with relevant departments to gather information to resolve clients' queries Handle client complaints and enquiries Take responsibility for administration and management of the FICA process including the research of new clients, review of FICA requests, FICA related workflows, response to FICA queries and maintaining the FICA reports. Qualification and Experience: Matric essential 2 or more years' experience in Administration FICA administration experience advantageous Administration qualification would be an advantage.
