Manager I, Monitoring Center(Job Number: 1311000) Description Ensure that the Control Room runs efficiently at all times Pro-active management of staff and signals Dealing with all staff related issues Conduct system analysis to prevent and identify problems on computers and equipment Radios and repeater stations – ensure all systems are fully functional Client relations, retention and customer care – ensure all client complaints are resolved Administration – submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports as well as recommendations for improvements Recruitment Weekly training of staff Manage “Signal Management” departmental functions and targets Qualifications PSIRA Registered – Grade B Matric Computer Literate Leadership skills Relevant previous management experience Job: Customer Call/Alarm Monitoring Center Organization: Fire & Security, Latin America & South Africa Primary Location: South Africa-Gauteng-Johannesburg Click here to apply online
