Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test autonomous systems for unmanned aircraft, including flight control algorithms, navigation systems, and sensor integration.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate autonomous capabilities into overall aircraft systems.
Conduct thorough analysis and simulation to optimize system performance and ensure reliability.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in autonomous technologies to drive innovation within the company.
Support field testing and validation of autonomous systems in real-world scenarios.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience in designing and implementing autonomous systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or similar aircraft.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or MATLAB, with experience in real-time embedded systems.
Strong understanding of flight dynamics, control systems, and sensor technologies.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
