The candidate we are looking for will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and testing of advanced aircraft and aerospace systems. Notably, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to innovate and deliver next-generation solutions that meet the rigorous demands of defense applications. Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the design, analysis, and optimization of aircraft structures, systems, and components. Conduct thorough performance assessments and simulations to ensure compliance with stringent defence industry standards and requirements. Utilize advanced engineering tools and methodologies to support the development of cutting-edge technologies and solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, and manufacturing to achieve project objectives. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept development to production and sustainment. Participate in design reviews, testing activities, and certification processes to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of aerospace systems. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes to inform engineering decisions and maintain competitive advantage. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. Advanced Degree preferred. Proven experience (0-3 years) in aeronautical engineering with a focus on defence applications. Strong background in aircraft design, analysis, and optimization, with proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks). Demonstrated expertise in structural analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., MIL-STD, FAR, DO-178C). Experience with systems engineering processes and tools (e.g., requirements management, configuration management). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
