A busy Dermatologist practice in Century City is seeking to hire an experienced and hardworking Aesthetics Therapist that is driven by product sales and services. Responsibilities: Therapist is able to perform peels, micro needling and laser treatments. Ability to control inventory, both in- practice and for the online store. Able to reach all KPI requirements. Suggest and promote retail products as well as cross promoting treatments to the Dermatologist. Acknowledge customer queries and online consultations via Email & Whatsapp. Ability to manage the online store (packing for orders placed, posting on all social media platforms, uploading new products according to brand specifications, handling price increases or discounts for monthly promotions) Previous laser/ medical peel experience and knowledge of Sage Accounting will be to your advantage. Knowledge of the below brands is essential : Neostrata, SkinCeuticals, Mesoestetics , Obagi, Isdin, La Roche- Posay, Bioderma, Avene , Cetaphil, Cerave and ZO Skin health. Requirements City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO Qualification is required. At least 5 years of experience in the Aesthetics field. Must be able to communicate in higher- grade English ( read and write) Must be computer literate. Strong customer services skills. Must have own reliable transport. Must have a positive attitude and uplifting personality. Must be able to work well in a team and report to the Dermatologist & Practice Manager, directly. Able to work on a full-time basis. Monday - Friday 08h30 - 17h00 You may need to work 1 Saturday per month from 10h00- 14h00. Closed on other weekends and public holidays. Available to start as soon as possible.
