You will be at the forefront of forging strategic partnerships and managing affiliate marketing programs to fuel our success. Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic affiliate partners to maximize revenue opportunities. Manage relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements with industry players. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience (5 plus years) in affiliate marketing and partnerships within the fintech or real estate industry. Experience working with Impact, ShareASale, FlexOffers, CJ Affiliate or similar affiliate network Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and an understanding of digital marketing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
