What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) As an After Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the After Sales Admin Manager and their team. You will generate accurate quotations and handle invoicing processes efficiently, ensuring seamless administrative operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include logging customer calls, managing job orders, and dispatching technicians to customer locations. You'll also maintain schedules for load tests and services, create purchase requisitions and orders, and process Goods Received Vouchers. Additionally, you will assist the Sales Admin Manager with various ad-hoc tasks and efficiently plan and schedule technicians' tasks.
