Hire Resolve is actively seeking a dedicated After Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic team in the logistics industry. Responsibilities: Maintain and grow the client base Achieve budget per client Build relationships with multiple client levels (Strategic, Tactical and Operational) Manage client expectations and overcome objections Create and update account plans and strategies Manage existing client renewals Coordinate and complete RFPs/Tenders Innovate with client accounts and understand their business needs Attend sales training and share best practices Present to clients and work closely with Operations and Customer Service Quantify value to clients and increase wallet share Visit clients regularly and negotiate contracts Assist Debtors in collecting aged monies Monitor service levels and implement action plans Implement management reporting tools and assess client profitability Attend sales meetings and submit reports on time Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric certificate Minimum 3 years sales experience in Transport/Logistics Services Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong communication and relationship management skills Ability to work independently with attention to detail Analytical and strategic thinking skills Strong ability to close deals and solve problems Positive, results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Driver's License.
