Aftermarket Sales Coordinator - Johannesburg

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an Aftermarket Sales Coordinator to join their team. As an Aftermarket Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the aftermarket sales activities of the company. You will work closely with the sales team and customers to ensure timely and efficient sales processes. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities Assist the sales team in developing and implementing aftermarket sales strategies and initiatives Coordinate and manage sales orders and shipments Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing Prepare and track sales quotations and contracts Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports Monitor and report on aftermarket sales performance Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers Requirements 3 -5 years proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role Compile order entry on to the ERP system (V20) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships Knowledge of aftermarket sales processes and procedures is a plus Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred Benefits Salary: Negotiable Apply for this role today, contact Shannon Thompson, Jamie-Lee McCallum or Candice Watts at RPO Recruitment, on LinkedIn You can also visit the RPO Recruitment website: rporecruitment.us or email us your CV: logisticsrpo-recruit.za.com
