Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell all aftermarket services and contracts, including Short Term Rentals, etc.
- Achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets across all departments.
- Reach out to new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions, including training.
- Address customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and usage.
- Provide price quotes.
- Develop and implement strategies to target and convert new business accounts, ensuring overall growth and market share increase.
- Uphold high standards of customer interaction and service, surpassing expectations by fostering strong partnerships based on a deep understanding of clients' businesses and specific needs.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure delivery on commitments.
- Undertake procurement tasks as necessary.
- Coordinate with suppliers to schedule repairs and address other concerns.
- Prepare and deliver reports as required.
Must have requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12 / Matric.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Material Handling / Automotive aftermarket sales or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales.
- Proven technical expertise.
- Possession of a valid Code 8 / EB driver’s license.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Sales and Marketing: Familiarity with principles and practices for promoting and selling products or services, including marketing strategies, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales management systems.
- Customer and Personal Service: Understanding of principles and procedures for providing customer and personal services, including assessing customer needs, maintaining service quality standards, and gauging customer satisfaction
