Komatsu South Africa has an opportunity for an Aftermarket Specialist: UNC,Filter & Oils to join the Aftermarket Department based in Germiston, Head Office. The successful candidate should have a 3 year Degree / Diploma in a technical field and 4 years experience in the mining & construction equipment consumbales with a proven technical track record in Komatsu products (GET; Undercarriage; Filters and Oil Lubricants) and proven strength in customer service/liaison . An Engineering Degree would be an added advantage. 3 year Degree / Diploma in a Technical field A Degree in Engineering (An added advanatge) 4 years experience in the mining & construction equipment consumbalese. SAP BI Reporting SAP Stock Level Monitoring SAP BI Download & Analysis Stock monitoring, back-order analysis, quoting Informs subordinate staff of contractual details/terms/policies & procedures Fosters good working relationships with suppliers Supervises provision of contracted Services / Service Level Agreements Monitors execution of contractual terms and conditions agreed by own- and supplier organisation Supervises and executes the provision of contracted services/ Service Level Agreements Monitors fabrication quality of locally produced and packaged filter and oil products Adheres to the Procurement & Supplier management policy & procedures Monitors supplier workload and production timelines to meet strategic goals Generates standard reports on contractual agreements & SLA’s Remains up to date with Safety procedures Instructs / imparts knowledge and procedures to colleagues With input from regions/head office, drafts sales plan /forecast with commensurate visits, activities and targets for defined products, customers and/or geographical areas Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) via the operations, to drive sales Supports parts sales – GET/UC/Filters/Oils Generates orders for parts Review price competitiveness Conduct Wallet Share analysis for top customers Collates and gathers information for use in sales analyses, such as customer information and history, sales information, market information, Komtrax data, Parts usage, etc. Identify, plan and report inventory requirements for undercarriage products based on machine wear reports Drafts standard sales reports (actual vs forecast), leads, machine utilisation trends, etc. Identify and report slow moving products Plan training for internal staff and customers Assess GET/ UC/filter and Oil commodity part training requirements in KAfH regions Executes training workshops and seminars for both internal and external stakeholders. Stays abreast of new GET/UC/Filter/Oil product features and functions Support operations on technical questions (GET/UC/Filters/Oils)
