Aftersales and Support Manager - - Boksburg

Our client who does service and supply into the Heavy Industry Manufacturing market is searching for a Technically strong Afters Sales Manager who can assist clients with queries, requests and with technical issues. If you have mining sales service experience, you would be an ideal fit for this industry. Our client manufactures and supplies to heavy industry and to the mining industry.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration or a BTech in Mechanical Engineering.

5 years of working experience with 3 years in Aftersales or Customer Service managerial roles

Experience in Heavy Manufacturing industries an added advantage.

Familiar with engineering software and tools used in design and maintenance.

experience in managing budgets and project management principles.
