Qualification equivalent to NQF Level 6 - completed Technical qualification (Electrical or Mechanical). Min 5 yrs experience within the Metal Industry / Compliance environment. Knowledge: Labour relations act and the basic conditions of Employment Act. Sound knowledge and understanding of Collectve Agreements. Computer Literate with excellent Excel experience - able to do calculations and formulas. Report writing / Analysing planning and organising / Time management / Decision making / Customer orientated and Handling of conflict. Own Transport with valid drivers license. No criminal record. Effective communicaiton skills both written and verbal.
