Well established comapny requires well spoken and presentable CRM • Contract Management: Loading of new clients and updating of existing Client details on all Systems (Pastel, RMS, RPX, CRM) • Customer Care (after sales service): Client queries; complaints; reporting; assisting all Departments with Client related queries Matric • Pastel Evolution will be beneficial • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentations, Outlook, etc.) • 7 years experience in Customer Care Training will be provided where required • Self Management & professionalism • Strong Administration Skill s • Attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication skills (English) R15,000 to R18,000 per month
