As an Agile Facilitator/Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in enabling our teams to deliver high-quality software solutions using Agile and DevOps methodologies. You will be responsible for facilitating the Agile process, removing impediments, and ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities:Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding and coaching the team in Agile principles and practices.Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Work closely with product owners, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, priorities, and requirements.Remove any obstacles or impediments that may impact the team's ability to deliver quality software within the agreed timelines.Promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.Utilize Jira and Confluence to track and manage project progress, backlog, and team metrics.Ensure the team follows engineering best practices, such as behavior-driven development (BDD) methodology, CI/CD pipeline, and effective release processes.Mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and techniques, promoting their professional growth and development.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fully Agile and DevOps environment as a Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator.Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.Familiarity with engineering practices, including behavior-driven development (BDD), CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications are a plus.Join our team and be part of a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
