Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Honours Degree in Soil Science/Horticulture/Agronomy
Must have 5+ years' of relevant experience
Needs excellent communication abilities, a strong marketing mindset, and the capacity to effectively train others
Experience in irrigation systems is essential
Valid code B drivers license
Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
