A busy Casual dining Restaurant and busy bar/sports bar located in the East Rand.
Job DescriptionOur client seeks a competent and reliable Restaurant GM with at least 5 years experience in a General Manager for a busy, fast paced restaurant.
Strong operations Management Skills and the ability to manage a complete restaurant operation.
Must be able to manage approx. 40-50 staff members and ensure their duties are being done correctly.
Main Duties will include:
Opening and Closing procedures. Stock and Cost Controls. Must be hardworking and able to work long hours. Must be able to handle high volume, fast paced restaurant. Will be responsible for day to day operations. Must have good knowledge on the kitchen and bar for new menu development when required.
QualificationsRelevant Qualifications will prove advantageous.
SkillsGreat Management and leadership skills. Ability to holistically manage all operations from administration, stock control, Kitchen operations, Bar operations and service levels. Great Customer engagement and general all rounder manager skills and expertise required. Able to run operation as if it were your own.
