The candidate should have experience is prosecuting internal disciplinary hearings, acting for employer at CCMA, be in a position to draft and bring review applications at the Labour Courts and oppose them. The candidate must be able to draft own papers without the assistance of counsel. Qualifications LLB Degree. Admitted Attorney.
