Job Description

Our Client, a well-established and reputable Law firm located in Parktown North, seeks a diligent and experienced Banking Law attorney to commence work urgently:

The candidate must be able to manage a team of three support staff and must have experience with VAF recoveries;
Knowledge and expertise in the National Credit Act, and legal recoveries court processes, especially court online and case lines for the JHB Court and Pretoria;
Must have a great understanding and adherence to the Banks SLA requirements especially for SBSA;
The candidate must be able to draft own papers in accordance with the Banks templates and have an eye for details;

Qualifications

LLB Degree. Admitted Attorney

Skills

The candidate must have at least be 3-6 years post admission and must have a strong knowledge of and experience in Banking Law and VAF Recoveries.
