Job Description

Our Client, A busy and popular Italian Themed Restaurant in Randburg seeks a strong Restaurant Manager. We seek a manager with a solid proven track record in Restaurant Management. Able to manage a team, engage with patrols, oversee front and back of hour operations, cash ups and floor management. Will work hand in hand with the General Manager of the Restaurant, filling in for him as and when required.

Qualifications

Formal Qualifications.

Skills

Good Leadership skills. Able to work longer hours that industry demands. Minimum 5 years standalone Restaurant Management experience required.
