This role is responsible for the overall management of the Gauteng business unit with the following key performance areas:
- Execute Company Strategy
- Manage existing contracts and ensure SLA compliance through a group of technical / site / service managers and administrative staff
- Grow the customer base by actively canvassing for new business and achieve growth targets
- Customer engagement through formal monthly meetings
- Manage financial performance of the region
- Ensure an engaged workforce
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems
- Customer relationship management
Requirements
- 10+ years management experience of hard services (HVAC / Electrical) in the built environment
- Understanding of the customer base and expectations in the built environment
- Qualification in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering (Beneficial)
Qualification in business management (Beneficial)
