Air-con/HVAC Operations Account Manager - - Johannesburg

This role is responsible for the overall management of the Gauteng business unit with the following key performance areas:

Execute Company Strategy
Manage existing contracts and ensure SLA compliance through a group of technical / site / service managers and administrative staff
Grow the customer base by actively canvassing for new business and achieve growth targets
Customer engagement through formal monthly meetings
Manage financial performance of the region
Ensure an engaged workforce
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems
Customer relationship management

Requirements

10+ years management experience of hard services (HVAC / Electrical) in the built environment
Understanding of the customer base and expectations in the built environment
Qualification in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering (Beneficial)

Qualification in business management (Beneficial)
