Don't Miss Out on the Opportunity of a Lifetime Apply Now and Propel Your Professional Journey to New Heights – Success Awaits We are seeking an experienced Electronic Draughtsman / Altium Draughtsman based in Pretoria who will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining electronic schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer software. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electronic design and drafting, demonstrating proficiency in Altium Designer. Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an Electronic Draughtsman or in a similar role. Proficient in Altium Designer software. Strong grasp of electronic components, circuits, and PCB design principles. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as IPC standards. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience with 3D modeling and proficiency in mechanical design software (preferred but not required). Job Experience & Skills Required: Develop and modify electronic schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer software. Collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design specifications. Ensure designs align with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines. Conduct design checks and reviews to identify and resolve potential issues. Generate precise Bills of Materials (BOM) and assembly drawings. Work collaboratively with manufacturing teams to support the fabrication and assembly of PCBs. Maintain well-organized project files and documentation. Stay abreast of new technologies, tools, and techniques related to electronic design and Altium Designer.
