Losika Consulting , A leading consulting house is seeking the services of a APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST ( CIB) who will support and maintain SWIFT & Payment Applications for our specialist banking client. The focus of the role is to provide support to various user communities across the bank. Responsibilities will include: 24/7 Support. Knowledge of domestic payment streams: Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT), Real Time Clearing (RTC), Real Time Gross Settlement Systems (RTGS) and international Payments. Knowledge of SWIFT message standards, SWIFT Service offerings and related systems. Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Screening processes. Development of base procedures and documentation. Strong knowledge of Software development Life Cycle (SDLC). Maintenance of the technology landscape, including upgrades, patching etc. Maintenance and monitoring of the Payments Platforms. Responding to SNOW tickets – Ownership of the incident until resolved. Working with the team to fix recurring incidents. Passionate about technology and a view of developing trends in the Payments industry. Ability to work unaccompanied once given tasks and interact with people from all areas of Investec. Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to work and perform in an unstructured environment with flexibility to change. Determination to deliver quality. Take initiative and proactive Unix / Linux, IBM MQ, IBM WAS, Oracle DB, MS SQL, MS Server, Microsoft Azure.
