You will report into experienced creative leads, and collaborate with account management, strategy and digital teams to develop first class creative experiences. Responsibilities Working as part of the production team you'll be responsible for: Content adaption: As directed through briefs and in adherence with relevant brand guidelines. Animation: Being able to animate and edit assets into moving graphics keeping in line with brand guidelines. Image Editing: Being able to do basic image edits in photoshop or other relevant programs where necessary. Social Media Content: Understanding technical application and best practices across social media platforms. Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, multi-media designers, DTP and Project Managers. Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about regulations, guidelines, and marketing restrictions to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements per market. Asset Management & Organisation: Organise and maintain accurate assets, ensuring easy access and efficient utilization of content across various projects. Uploading to relevant service or DAMs for future access Be able to work accurately and track time accordingly for daily completion of time sheets. Digital campaign work for eCRM elements, Social Media, Web, Digital Trade Engagement, Brand Retail and OOH. Be able to create production ready artwork. Digital design, especially repurposing footage for use on social media and other digital channels. Digital publication design / Interactive guides Social media design Animation for eCRM (Gifs) and best practices thereof Contributing in brainstorms and concept ideation for campaigns and production jobs Creation and rollout of high quality animation work and fulfilling briefs accurately and on time. Work in a team with other creatives and client service staff Keep up to date with current and emerging design trends and technologies, continually look for opportunities to push our design further Manage the delivery of the briefs/concepts through to final deliverables, ensuring all artworks are delivered on time and to specification Be able to present work logically Help with the broader design team's workload where appropriate and as allocated Effectively manage time and be responsible towards meeting deadlines Ensure an aligned visual identity for respective rollouts across all deliverables to maximize the consumer experience and maintain brand consistency. Understand client strategies, business focus and briefs, and translate these into creative design solutions and executions Qualifications 2 - 4 years' experience working as a motion graphics designer/animator. Have experience working in a professional agency environment. Degree or diploma qualification or equivalent Technical Skills Strong technical skills in Adobe Software Packages: Adobe After Effects Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Figma Have a strong understanding of video best practices with regards to social media, web, CRM, Digital Trade Engagement and Out of Home. Be able to correctly follow and apply a brand CI to artwork across a range of media Have an outstanding showreel demonstrating an understanding of 2D motion graphics, animation, and design.
