Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Application Development Manager. The Application Development Manager will oversee the development of software applications and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the software development team. The role is located in Johannesburg, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications for the role Proficiency in software development and systems analysis with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities Essential experience in coding Familiarity with Agile methodologies and team lead management Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preference given to individuals with experience in the financial, insurance, SASS, and/or telecoms industries Daily tech stack includes Go, PHP 8, and Vue.js Other valuable skills include proficiency in Typescript, C++, C#, and frontend development Please share your CV, Notice Period and Salary expectations to moniquemusecs.com
