Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Application Development Manager. The Application Development Manager will oversee the development of software applications and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the software development team. The role is located in Johannesburg, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications for the role 6 - 8 Years Software Development and Systems Analysis skills Experience in Full SDLC Experience in leading developers Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in writing code is essential Experience with Agile methodologies and team lead management Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the financial, insurance, SASS, and/or telecoms industries is a plus Daily tech stack used: Go, PHP 8, Vue.js Other beneficial skills include experience with Typescript, C++, C# , Frontend Development Please share your CV, Notice Period and Salary expectations to moniquemusecs.com
