You will need to be well-versed in product development and strategy, but also in programming fundamentals and methodologies. You will work in an agile environment, building and leading teams of engineers developing applications for various platforms. Qualifications Degree or Equivalent Requirements 10 years of software development 5 years as a senior technical leader Knowledge of a strongly typed programming language. Experience working with agile methodologies Successfully led development and delivery of multiple complex business technology solutions into production that have achieved or surpassed business goals Developing and supporting mission critical applications optimized to run in the cloud or virtualized environments. Experience with CI/CD pipeline and builds. KPA's Hire, train and mentor new developers, taking responsibility to assist developers in their career path and growth Define and manage the team structure. Maintain and improve development standards for the team, which includes all aspects of a modern development CI/CD pipeline.
