Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments between potential clients and the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover process. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contacts, appointments, and follow-up information in the CRM system. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on appointment-setting activities and outcomes, aiming for continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and share insights from interactions with potential clients.
