Are you someone who can: Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce cost. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships. Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes. Ensure the development, alignment, and implementation of end-to-end processes within area of accountability for continued process improvement. Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards. Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership. Design of Architectural plans Provide technical information and support to internal and external stakeholders. Produce Architectural working drawings as per the approved sketch proposal, branches, tellerless branches, training centres, cash centres Assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate. Implement and enforce the banks corporate image, standards, and specifications via Architectural drawings.
