Area Manager - Kimberley
Our client is urgently seeking an Area Manager to join their team, based in Kimberley or Bloemfontein.
Successful candidate will oversee 9 stores within the area + addition of 1 new store in Vryburg in July 2024. Will be responsible for all operations in his/her Business Unit, assist the Operations Manager in all aspects of Business Unit; as well as be responsible for goals, decisions, plans, implementation and evaluation of performance.
Minimum Requirements:-
- Matric
- Post Matric qualification advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Clothing Retail experience is a requisite
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to use own initiative
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Proven ability to manage staff and ensure maximum productivity
- Valid Driver’s License – Code 8 unendorsed
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office
