Area Manager (Beauty and Skincare)(JB4525) Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape (Hybrid) R 8 000 Basic per month plus commission and incentives Permanent Join a leading company in the high-end beauty products industry as an Area Manager in Gqeberha. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales and lead a team of in-store promoters. With a strong focus on recruitment, training, and performance management, you will play a key role in achieving daily sales targets and ensuring optimal store coverage. This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual with a proven track record in direct sales and team management. Minimum Requirements: 3 – 5 years experience in direct sales and team management Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a large team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment Must own a car for travel between store locations Previous experience in the high-end beauty products industry Valid driver’s license Willingness to work outside of normal operating hours Duties and Responsibilities: Recruit and Train Team Members: Source, hire, and provide comprehensive training to in-store promoters Strategic Team Deployment: Allocate promoters to various stores to ensure optimal coverage and performance Drive Sales Targets: Encourage and lead the team to consistently achieve and surpass daily sales goals Monitor and Enhance Performance: Establish a high-performance culture with a continuous focus on sales achievements Manage Sales Reporting: Oversee the preparation and analysis of sales reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement Travel Between Locations: Regularly visit different sites to supervise operations and ensure smooth execution of sales strategies Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
