Trainer required for a Restaurant Group in Tzaneen Responsibilities: Develop training materials, manuals, and resources that align with company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees, covering topics such as food preparation, safety protocols, customer service, and product knowledge. Demonstrate proper techniques and procedures for food handling, cooking, and equipment operation. Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their performance and ensure consistency in service delivery. Collaborate with store managers and supervisors to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions to address them. Monitor the progress of trainees and assess their proficiency through practical evaluations and knowledge assessments. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously enhance training programs and ensure compliance. Foster a positive learning environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and personal development among employees. Requirements: Assessor / Moderator qualification 5 years' experience in the fast food industry, preferably in a training or supervisory role. Strong understanding of HACCP food safety standards and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of individuals. Proven ability to deliver effective training sessions and presentations. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Proficiency in POS – GAAP or Micros and Microsoft Office suite and other training software/tools.
