Experience and Competencies required
- Must have Grade 12 with a Sales and Marketing Diploma or Marketing Degree
- Minimum of 3 years recent Sales experience in selling Forklifts/Material Handling Equipment
- Valid Drivers Licence and must be available to travel
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Advanced MS Office skills. Computer literacy on Auto Line an advantage

- Providing quality leadership for the internal and external customers

- Selling value and solutions to the customers
- Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction
- Achieving monthly and annual set budgets
- Show initiative in analysing and improving business processes
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
