  • Level 6 Management Qualification
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Assessor and Moderator Qualification
  • Minimum 3 years experience in assessing skills programmes and learnerships
  • Facilitation experience
  • Services SETA, MerSETA & ETDP-SETA Assessor and Moderator
  • Assess, support and coach learners to complete POEs in relation to theoretical and practical exercises and all evidence.
  • Assessor reports fully completed, filed, and logged onto register
  • Send clients progress reports as and when requested
  • Assessment of Pre-training assessments for learnerships, as per the entry requirements
  • Moderation of skills programmes and learnerships.
  • Briefings conducted as required nationally.
  • Facilitation of all skills programmes and learnerships as detailed above.
  • Conduct Client site visits.
  • Attention to detail and proactive attitude
  • Ability to organize and prioritize

  • Ability to work independently
