File Assessor Location: Jhb Salary: Market related Ref: FileAssessor/TB/Jhb A private hospital based in the Johannesburg is looking for a File Assessor for their Billing Department. Requirements: A recognised qualification as an Enrolled Nurses or Registered Nurses Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification Previous experience in a Private Hospital environment would be advantageous Computer Literate Knowledge of managed healthcare principles SAP Hospital experience - Non negotiable Duties & responsibilities: Responsible for assessing patient files for accurate accounting with Scale of Benefits and ARS Contracts as well as assisting the Quality Review Department Assess patient files to ensure that all surgical, ethical, gases and equipment are recorded and billed on account as per actual use Accurate billing of length of stay and level of care Final authorisation and billing of accounts Application of ARS contracts in reconciliation of accounts Able to work additional time during peak times in order meet daily, weekly and monthly targets To apply, email copies of your supporting documents together with your CV to response "at" mvgrecruitment.co.za or call us on 0860 100 684.
