Key responsibilities include conducting weekly stock counts, maintaining minimum stock levels, ensuring asset fitness, and managing scaffold counts and utilization. The role also involves optimizing asset rentals, supporting product line strategies, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. Additionally, the manager is tasked with documenting policies, facilitating business development, managing staff performance, and ensuring SHERQ compliance. The AIP Manager must also uphold B-BBEE requirements, engage in HR and IR activities, and maintain strong customer relationships while controlling costs and driving revenue growth. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or similar. Post-graduate qualification in Management preferred. Minimum 15 years in the industrial services industry Minimum 10 years Petrochemical experience (Oil and Gas Proficient in technical coordination, project costing, budgeting, and progress reporting. Knowledgeable in logistics, procurement, and cost control. Skilled in estimating and cost management for scaffolding, paint, insulation, and industrial cleaning.
