Processing and posting of accounting records up to trial balance stage Monthly salaries and ledger reconciliations Creditor's function Maintenance of asset registers Assistance to the Finance Manager for ad hoc administrative duties Other ad hoc administrative and financial functions as well as shipping of goods to Namibia Matric 5 years' experience & experience in a similar position Computer literacy (MS Office with emphasis on Excel non-negotiable) Good communication skills in Afrikaans and English Reliable transportation Knowledge of key performance areas as mentioned above Able to work under pressure and accurately to meet target dates promptly Maintain good client relationships Advantages: Accpac/ VIP/ Innkeeper R30 000 benefits (depending on experience)
