The core responsibility of this role is to maintain the day-to-day support and services for our on-going customers. As well as this, there will be tasks to ensure the internal business operation is run efficiently and effectively. Administering payroll for our clients' contractors General bookkeeping Processing of all accounts payable invoices Corresponding with clients for missing information Assist with HMRC reporting including VAT and intermediary reports Produce sales reports for clients Bank reconciliations & cash allocations Processing of staff expenses Respond to client queries Ad-hoc projects Minimum Experience & Knowledge Required Diploma/Degree in Accounting Good understanding of basic financial management principles Good understanding of change management principles Experience with Quickbooks Xero (Advantageous) 1-2 years' experience in Finance Must be able to work UK hours (09:00- 18:00) Office based - Umhlanga Starting R13000 CTC
