Position Overview: Our client is currently seeking an Accounting Portfolio Manager in Humansdorp and an Assistant Audit Manager in East London. The Accounting Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing allocated clients, including compiling annual financials, conducting VAT reviews, and addressing client queries. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English, have expertise in Caseware accounting, Xero, and Sage online, and hold a valid driver's license. The Assistant Audit Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the success of audit engagements, overseeing client portfolios, and providing leadership to audit teams. Manage and service allocated client portfolios. Compile annual financials and conduct VAT reviews. Communicate with clients and handle queries. Ensure effective time management and planning. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing tax and audit aspects. Plan and execute audit engagements efficiently. Provide leadership and supervision to audit teams. Prepare comprehensive audit files and financial statements. Strong knowledge of caseware accounting, Xero, and Sage online. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs. Fluent in Afrikaans and English. 3 years' experience post-qualification. Registered with SAICA, IRBA, or SAIPA. SAICA accredited undergraduate degree. Completed SAICA articles. 1 years of post-article experience in commercial audit. Proficiency in Caseware (advantageous). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
