Assistant Assembler / Vehicle Stripper - Johannesburg
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications and skills:
- Strip and assembly of parts.
- Support team leader and team mates.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to strict deadlines.
- Safekeeping of new and replacement parts.
- Overtime required occasionally.
- Ad-hoc / general duties in the workshop.
- Good timekeeping habits.
- Sign for parts received from stores.
- Repair as per job cards.
- Report additional damage to the Team Leader.
Qualifications and skills:
- Sober habits.
- Clear criminal record.
- Grade 12 or N3.
- Code 8 Drivers license.
- Own transport required.
- Previous experience is beneficial.
- Mechanical background is beneficial.
- On the job training will be provided.
- Works well in a team.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Communicate well on all levels.
- Attention to detail.
