Assistant Brand Manager- Contract - Durban

The ABM will support the Brand Manager to drive growth of the brand within the category in Southern Africa through execution of the annual brand plan activity and will ideally possess the following:

  • A diploma in marketing management (3 years) or Marketing Related degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant Marketing experience in a similar role and environment.
  • Ideally with some FMCG experience.
  • Able to run multiple complex projects at a time.
  • Consumer and customer focus curiosity, ability to uncover relevant insights and translate these into ACTION.
  • Bias for action and drive willingness to get things done.
  • Strong financial and numeracy skills. Working with basic data analysis and budget management.
  • Rigor and order ability to identify important issues and works through complex problems in an accurate and in-depth way.
  • Microsoft Packages Intermediate to Advanced.
