Assistant Chef - Gauteng
Responsibilities: -Properly store and dispose of food; -Ensure health and sanitation standards are in compliance with regulations; -Aid culinary team in preparing dishes to recipe; -Assist in training new kitchen staff team members; -Aid culinary team in preparing dishes to recipe, garnishing and plating of dishes; -Aid team in preparing dishes to recipe; -Help cleaning and organizing in the kitchen; -Knowledge of scheduling and food inventory.
