We are currently seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to join our client's team in the Civil Engineering industry. As an Assistant Construction Manager, you will assist in planning and managing construction projects, ensuring they are executed according to the project plans and specifications. Responsibilities Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects Coordinate and oversee construction activities Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications Manage construction budget and resources Assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses Collaborate with project team members, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors Supervise and mentor construction workers Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials Proficient in project management software and tools Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects Valid driver's license Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
