Reference: NFR003533-CPi-1 Assistant Financial Controller (Hospitality background) needed. Our client is currently looking for a Assistant Financial Controller to join their team in Cape Town City Centre. Some duties include: Providing financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of the business plan and departmental budgets Maximizing cash flow performance of the business Enforcing & establishing adequate controls for all revenues and protection of assets to improve the level of service Monthly bank reconcilliation statements Examines daily costing reports. Examines and approves all payroll hiring, status changes and terminations. Ensures that all keys control and issuance procedures are correctly applied and adhered to. Recommends to the area office improvements in accounting and internal control. Attends and contributes to all training sessions Requirements: Minimum Undergraduate degree in Finance/ Accounting (completed) Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in the above duties (advantageous) Hospitality/ Hotel industry experience Excellent communication skills Background in SOP's Strong leadership skills If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
