Our Client is looking for a Assistant General Manager to join their team. Area/Location: Hoedspruit Qualifications & Requirements: Valid RSA Driver's License Proficient in Office and Email Exceptional Guest Relations skills Ability to manage staff Understanding and ability to manage the different departments Ability to plan ahead and problem solve Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control Experience: Previous experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5-star lodge is necessary ResRequest experience will be beneficial Package Accommodation Meals while on duty 21 days on 7 days off work cycle 15 days annual leave Provident Fund Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Meticulous in all aspects of managing the lodge Managing, Overseeing and Disciplining Staff Staff training and development Assisting the marketing manager to get content for social media Hosting Duties Allocation of Airport Transfers Little paws program Assistance around the lodge in other departments if needed Acting as relief general manager between lodges Reporting to Group Operations Manager(s) and Head Office Staff Management Wage costs and staff welfare Staff discipline Staff training Desired Skills: Deputy General Manager Associate Manager Assistant General Manager Apply Now
