Assisting the Handyman in completion of multi-disciplinary minor maintenance work in academic and residence buildings in the following areas; Plumbing works - Unblocking/replacements of toilets, showers, basins, sinks and drains. Carpentry works - Replacements and minor repairs. Electric works - Changing of light bulbs and starters. Painting: - Minor painting work and patching of holes. Paving work - Repairs to paving distortions caused by various factor. Client Assistance - Assist with moving/arranging furniture and equipment. Safety - Ensure that safety measure are observed & report health and safety issues. Building Inspections - Inspection of buildings to ascertain any faults.
